Policy Overview
At Prietos Framing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we've designed our policy to be fair and straightforward.
Return Requirements
All merchandise presented for return must meet the following requirements:
✅ New Condition
Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and undamaged.
📦 Original Packaging
Products must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.
📄 Original Invoice
Must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt.
⏱️ 30-Day Window
Returns must be presented within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the items.
Store Credit
Upon approval of your return, you will receive a store credit for the value of your returned items minus the 15% restocking fee. Store credits can be used immediately for any purchase in-store or online.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- ❌ Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- ❌ Products with damaged, opened, or missing packaging
- ❌ Special order items, custom orders, or clearance merchandise
How to Return
Contact us by phone or email with your invoice number and reason for return.
Bring the item to our location along with the original invoice and all packaging.
Our team will inspect the item and process your store credit if approved.
